Ome Electric Motors displays its OMEX range - the explosion proof motors at ADIPEC 2021
Ome Electric Motors took part at the 2021 edition of ADIPEC, the world’s most influential exhibition for the oil and gas industry, held from 15 to 18 November 2021 in Abu Dhabi.
Ome has highlighted its flagship product range called OMEX: the international ATEX certified series of cast iron motors. These motors assure superior safety against oil, gas and dust and are especially suitable for offshore rigs, refineries and pumping stations.
The OMEX range includes asynchronous three-phase high and low voltage motors. The rigid explosion-proof body makes these motors really safe and reliable for the hazardous areas, which are subjected to the presence of gas or combustible dusts.
OMEX series of explosion-proof asynchronous motors are designed and manufactured according to IEC60079-0 2007, the highest European standard. These motors are built to eliminate the risk of explosion and equipped with all the protections that prevent explosion: pressurized equipment; fire and explosion proof external structure; increased security; anti spark protection.
The ADIPEC fair in Abu Dhabi has represented another important opportunity for OME Electric Motors to show up internationally and affirm its importance as a player in the UAE market, as well as meeting the bulk number of customers and prospects within the stand.
